Calcium Chromate

Calcium chromate is highly toxic and classified as a carcinogen. Exposure can lead to severe health issues, including respiratory problems, skin irritation, and chronic diseases. Inhalation or ingestion of this compound can cause significant damage to internal organs and systems, particularly affecting the kidneys and liver. The International Agency for Research on Cancer has classified hexavalent chromium compounds as Group 1 carcinogens, indicating sufficient evidence of carcinogenicity in humans.
