Return and Exchange Policy

1. Inspection upon Delivery
To protect your rights and interests, please inspect the outer packaging for damage or leakage in the presence of the delivery personnel upon receipt. If any issues are found, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

2. Return and Exchange Commitment by MolBest
MolBest guarantees that returns or exchanges will be accepted within 7 days from the date the customer receives the product (based on the delivery sign-off date), provided the following conditions are met:
2.1Products that do not match the order (wrong items).
2.2Product quality issues: Where the product’s appearance, condition, physicochemical properties, or other indicators deviate from the stipulated quality standards. After consultation with our technical department, the issue must be confirmed as a genuine quality defect.
2.3Logistics and transportation issues: Damage incurred during transit, such as leakage, breakage, or contamination.

Notes:
a.Products must be returned in their original condition as sold, without affecting resale value.
b.All items must be complete: product, accessories, complimentary gifts (if any), invoices, packing slips, etc.
c.A return/exchange after-sales application form must be duly completed.

Return and Exchange Process:
Step 1: Initial communication between parties
Step 2: Buyer submits the return/exchange after-sales application
Step 3: Our company verifies and confirms the reason for return/exchange
Step 4: Product is returned
Step 5: Exchange or refund is processed

3. Situations Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following cases are not eligible for return or exchange services:
3.1 Explosive-precursor chemicals, narcotic-precursor chemicals, and monitored chemicals.
3.2 Products damaged or altered due to improper customer storage or unsuitable usage environment.
3.3 Any MolBest-branded products not originally sold by MolBest Company, or products lacking labels, or with illegible labels that prevent verification as authentic MolBest reagents.
3.4 Products exceeding the 7-day acceptance period.

4. Return Application Procedure
When initiating a return or exchange, please first submit a return application via our online system.

5. Return Address
Please contact our customer service team to obtain the designated return address prior to shipping the item back.
