This effect helps alleviate the symptoms associated with endolymphatic hydrops by reducing pressure in the inner ear. Additionally, its role as a potent antagonist at H3 receptors enhances the release of neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine and serotonin, contributing to its therapeutic effects.
