Trioctadecyl 2-hydroxypropane-1,2,3-tricarboxylate finds applications primarily in the food industry as an emulsifier and stabilizer. It is also used in cosmetics and personal care products for its moisturizing properties. Furthermore, due to its chemical structure, it may serve as a plasticizer in polymer formulations.
